Texas longhorn beef is known for its amazing natural flavouring, as well as its health benefits. Longhorn beef is genetically leaner than all other cattle breeds, which we think enhances its quality and flavour, and allows for very little shrinkage when cooked
Once we take the longhorns to the butcher shop we will send you the butcher's cut sheet so you can select how you would like your beef butchered, steaks or roasts, thickness of steaks, size of roasts ect.
Once your order is ready the butcher will call you and you can go pick up your order.
