How it works:
We sell our beef either by the ½ or full beef
If you feel that a half of beef is too much for you and your family, some of our customers will split a half with another family member or a friend.
We will give you a time frame of when your order will be ready. Our butcher will typically complete all orders by April. If you are looking for beef in the summer or fall months, please contact us for custom-order details.
Once the longhorns are at the butcher shop, we will send you the butcher's cut sheet so you can customize how you would like your beef butchered. Steaks or roasts, thickness of steaks, size of roasts etc.
Once your order is ready and payment is received in full, the butcher will call you to collect your order.
Then you can enjoy your beef ALL YEAR ROUND!
