Thank you for considering purchasing a half or full longhorn beef!

In order to purchase, there are two payment options. You can either pay in full upfront or alternatively, place a non-refundable deposit and then pay the remaining balance prior to picking up your order from the butcher shop.

Once your deposit is complete, you will be sent a butcher cut sheet for Red Deer Lake Meats to let the butcher know which cuts you prefer.
